Shipping Issues
You should take a video before opening the box. If you encounter the following problems, please contact us. We will inform you of the solution within 24 hours.

- Missing Package: The carrier may lose the package sometimes. We will send you a new package in this case. If the logistics information shows that it has arrived but you don't get the package, please contact us in time.
